Owner's Obligations
The Owner must also comply with certain obligations under the terms of the warranty agreement. Consequential or Incidental Damages
The warranty provider is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages that may occur as a result of using the item or service under warranty. Exclusive Rights
The warranty provider has the exclusive right to determine whether a product is eligible for coverage under the terms of this agreement and to limit or deny coverage at its discretion. In addition, any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement must be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation rather than through litigation in court. This helps to ensure that all parties' rights are protected and upheld.
