Payment
The Client accepts to pay (insert number, eg: 25%, 40%, 50%) % of the amount of the total fee at the time of booking in order to secure the date of the Event, and the (insert remaining number)% shall be due on or before the date of the Event.
Subsequently, the Client agrees to make all payments within (insert number, eg: 7, 15, 30) days of receipt of each invoiced amount.
All late payments shall incur a finance charge of (insert number) % of the total fee per month.
Responsibilities
Videographer:
Videographer is responsible for capturing all the Event's key moments on video, including setting up equipment, recording footage, and editing the final product.
Key moments will include, but are not limited to:
(insert the key moments; e.g., in the case of a wedding event key moments would be the processional, exchange of vows, the first dance, father-daughter dance, mother-son dance, cutting of the cake, bouquet and garter tosses, any speeches made during the event, etc.)
Additionally, the Videographer must also be able to coordinate with other members of the Event to ensure that the Event runs smoothly.
Client:
Cooperation from the Client will be necessary in order to minimize expenses. Client shall be responsible for providing a list of specific shots or footage to be captured.
The Client shall give the Videographer access to a power outlet, the information or materials that may be reasonably required in order to carry out the services, and permission to move freely about the Event space.
Furthermore, the Client will be responsible for any and all expenses incurred in connection with this project, including but not limited to travel, lodging, and meals.
