Terms of Payment

[Client.Company] agrees to make the following payments as per the below-mentioned schedule:

Invoices

Any alteration or deviation from the above specifications or any hidden, concealed, and unforeseeable conditions that involve the extra cost of labor or material shall be executed upon a written Change Order and will become an additional charge over the total sum mentioned in this contract.
