Defining the scope of work ensures you and your client are on the same page. Make relevant changes to the scope of work as needed.
Invoicing and Payment
We request an initial deposit of (insert number, e.g., 15%, 30%, 40%)% of the total amount before the work commences.
The work shall only commence after the first payment is received, and the balance shall be due for settlement within (insert number) days of the work being completed.
Any extra charges for materials and other ancillary items shall be due for settlement immediately upon being invoiced.
Should the client request any variation to the work which is not detailed within this quote, then a new quote shall be raised for the client’s acceptance.

Cancellation Policy
If the plumbing work is canceled (insert number, e.g., 3 days or 1 week) days/weeks prior to commencement, a cancellation fee of (insert number, e.g., 5%, 10%, or 20%)% of the total quote value will be charged.
