Define the conditions under which both parties can terminate the contract, such as non-performance, breach of contract, or failure to meet agreed-upon deadlines.
Either party may terminate this Contract with written notice of (Number of Days) days if the other party breaches any material term of the Contract or if circumstances arise that make it impracticable to continue with the Services.
Warranty
The Plumbing Company guarantees that the Services will be performed with high workmanship manner and in accordance with industry standards. Any defects or issues with the Services performed must be reported by the Client within (Number of Days) days of completion for the Plumbing Company to rectify.
Indemnity
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Plumbing Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the Services performed, unless caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of the Plumbing Company.
Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Sender.State][Sender.Country]. Any disputes arising from or related to this Contract shall be resolved through arbitration.
