Completion timescale
Estimated completion times are subject to change. Although we will endeavor to complete the work within the time frame intimated, we will not be held liable for failure to meet the scheduled jobs within the projected time frame should any unforeseen circumstances, those beyond our control, occur.
Customer responsibility
It is the responsibility of the client to remove valuable or fragile items from the areas to be decorated, remove pictures and other items hanging from the wall, and remove electrical goods from the places where we will carry out work. [Sender.Company] can assist with the repositioning or removing bulky furniture items and goods; however, we do not move (indicate items that you will not move here, such as Grandfather clocks, flatscreen TVs, valuable artwork, or fragile furnishings).
Cancellation
The client agrees to notify [Sender.Company] in writing or by email at least 48 hours before the project start date if they must cancel. If the client cancels less than 48 hours before the project start date, [Sender.Company] will charge a ($Amount) cancellation fee, plus the costs of any materials purchased for your project.
Payment
At the time you hire [Sender.Company], you will be charged (Number) % of the project fee. [Sender.Company] will charge the remaining (Number) % balance the day the painters complete all painting services. If [Sender.Company] does not receive a written complaint from you within three (3) days of project completion, then the project will be marked closed. At such time, no refund will be made for any part of the project fee.
