You can register through our student’s portal at website. If you have already completed the registration process, you may log on using your email address and password.
How can I reserve a slot for my tutorial session?
The available sessions can be viewed using your account. You can select your preferred date and time, subject title, and tutor name. A confirmation message will be sent to your email address to acknowledge your reserved time and date.
Do I get the same tutor every time?
You have the option to choose other tutors, however, you may opt to schedule advance slots with your preferred tutor to reserve his/her time slot for your session.
Do I undergo written examinations?
Yes, we offer optional examinations for our students. After completing the module and passing the grade requirement, you will be given a completion certificate in the subject you enrolled in.
What are the applicable membership fees upon signing?
The membership fee for the monthly package is number and the annual package is annual fee.
Can I cancel my membership any time? Will I get a refund?
As per our policy, we can only give refunds for the unused time slots after the 15th day of the month. Cancellation of your membership will take effect after seven (7) working days. For annual plans, we can give a refund after you have consumed at least three months worth of tutorials.

1. Definitions
The [Sender.Company] is an online tutorial service offered to its clients referred to as “the student”, as a flexible and affordable means to education. The [Sender.Company] shall conduct its tutorial classes through its virtual classroom using the (name) software that must be installed in the Student’s working computer to ensure uninterrupted sessions. “The Services” shall be referred to as the permission to log on to the portal, online tutorial and customer support.
2. Scope of Service
We will be able to connect with our students through our registered software and online portal found in website. The Student must provide his/her computer, internet connection and must create his/her own account in order to access the tutorial services.
In relation, the Services we provide shall be made available 24 hours, seven days a week, 365 days in a year.
Should there be maintenance or upgrade issues, we will notify the Student within the 48 hours prior to the actual activity.
The customer support details shall be provided in your account and can be accessed 24 hours, every day.
3. Privacy Policy
Your registered account will be verified through your registered email address. Upon confirmation, you will be asked to fill out a form in which you will share your personal information. After accepting the terms and conditions in the privacy policy, you may log on using your registered account.
We respect the Students right to privacy. We will not disclose nor sell the Student’s personal identification and other pertinent details that will reveal any close connection to the Student’s true identity.
4. Payments
You can choose packages from our membership plans. Payments can be made through PayPal or through wire transfer. Refunds can be made after the conditions in the policy has been met.
5. User Content
Any material, information or communication you upload using our facility will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. You automatically grant us permission to use the material/information/communication for our use whether for dissemination, quality control, curriculum development, or marketing our services.
The actual sessions of the tutorials will be recorded and archived for quality assurance purposes.
6. Modifications of the Service
We may add, modify or disable some of the existing features in the online classroom. We reserve the right to change or discontinue the service from time to time to make room for maintenance procedures or upgrade of system/facilities. We will not be held liable for any changes or modifications we deem necessary for the improvement of the overall site features.
7. Termination of Service
You may discontinue the learning session anytime by accessing the online portal and choosing/clicking the discontinue membership option. Refunds will be promptly processed within seven (7) working days upon receipt of cancellation of account.
