Re: Notice of Lease Termination

This letter is to inform you that your lease for the property located at [Tenant.StreetAddress][Tenant.City][Tenant.State][Tenant.PostalCode] will be terminated. As per state laws, a notice period of (insert number, eg: 30, 60, 90) days is mandatory, hence, the date of termination of the lease is (insert the date of termination).
