Specify what type of information the intern will have access to and include a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement.
The Intern acknowledges that they may have access to confidential information or proprietary materials during their internship. The Intern agreement is to maintain such information and materials in strict confidence. It will not disclose them to any third party without the prior written consent of the Company. Any work product created by the Intern during the internship will be deemed the property of the Company, and the Intern agrees to assign it to the Company.
Intellectual Property and Non-Disclosure
The Intern agrees that any and all inventions, discoveries, improvements, designs, drawings, writing, computer programs, and other similar work products that the Intern may create, conceive, or develop during the course of the internship shall become the sole property of the Company. The Intern agrees to keep all proprietary information of the Company confidential. The Intern agrees not to disclose, use, or publish any confidential information of the Company except in the performance of their duties for the Company.
Termination
The Company may terminate this Contract at any time for cause, including but not limited to poor performance, misconduct, or violation of company policies. The Intern may terminate this Contract at any time by providing written notice to the Company.
