This housecleaning contract is between [Sender.Company] (Provider) and [Client.FirstName][Client.LastName](Client), collectively known as the “Parties”.
The terms of this housekeeping agreement are as follows:
Services
The Provider shall conduct the following services at the intervals indicated:
Weekly:
- Clean & disinfect all counter tops, toilets, showers, and bathtubs
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floors
- Empty all garbage receptacles
- Light dusting
Monthly:
- Spot clean carpets
- Wash all windows and mirrors
- Clean all cabinet doors and hardware
- Clean out garbage receptacles
- Clean inside of refrigerators & freezers
- Thorough dusting
- Clean inside of ovens
Services shall be provided on a weekly basis. Based on availability, the services relevant to this housekeeping contract will be performed on service weekday.
Payment
The services provided under the scope of this housekeeping contract shall be billed on a monthly basis.
Once an invoice is generated, the Client agrees to make payment within 7 business days.
The monthly fee for the services listed is Monthly Fee Amount
Payment can be made via the following methods:
- Cash
- Check
- Credit Card
- Money Order
All checks and money orders should be made out to [Sender.Company].
Additional Services
Should any services not listed in this housekeeping contract be required, the Client agrees to notify the Provider at least 5 business days prior to the date they are to be performed. Additional services may only be performed on regularly scheduled service days. If approved, additional services will be billed on a time-and-materials basis, at an hourly rate of hourly rate, plus fees for equipment and supplies.
Cancellation
Should the Client wish to cancel this housekeeping contract at any time, they may do so by providing written notice to the Provider at the following address:

Upon receiving notice of cancellation, the Provider will cease providing housekeeping services and will refund any fees paid by the Client for services not yet rendered.
Liability
The Client and Provider agree to indemnify and hold one another harmless against any claims of loss or damage that may arise during the term of this housekeeping contract, without limitation.
Acceptance
By signing below, the Parties hereby enter into this housekeeping contract with one another, which shall continue on a month-to-month basis until cancelled in writing by either party.
