Terms of Payment
[Client.Company] agrees to make an (insert amount) % deposit before the initiation of the work. The balance amount shall be paid within (insert amount) day/s of completion of the work. In case the balance amount is delayed for more than (insert amount) day/s, an additional late fee of $(insert amount) shall be imposed.
Accepted payment methods are cash, credit, check, and online funds transfer.
Reschedule
In case of a schedule change, a minimum of (insert amount) hours' notice is required to reschedule.
In case the [Client.Company] fails to do so, the [Sender.Company] can charge an extra (enter amount), then proceed with the work.
Validity of Contract
Unless otherwise expressly stated in the Contract, the quotation mentioned above is valid for a period of (insert amount) days/months after it is issued by [Sender.Company].
Any modifications beyond that shall require confirmation for adjustment by [Sender.Company].
