Sponsorship contract

This event Sponsorship Contract (the “Contract”) states the terms and conditions that govern the contractual agreement between [Sender.Company] having its principal place of business at 7 Whitemarsh St. Ontario, CA 91762 (the “Company”), and [Signer.Company] (the “Sponsor”) who agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

WHEREAS, the Company is conducting event, on May 12 (the “Event”); and

WHEREAS, the Sponsor agrees to sponsor the Event according to the terms and conditions herein.

NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of the mutual covenants and promises made by the parties hereto, the Company and the Sponsor (individually, each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”) covenant and agree as follows:

Promotion

The Sponsor hereby authorizes the Company to utilize the Sponsor’s logo and associated trademarks, approved versions of which the Sponsor agrees to provide to the Company in a timely manner, in promoting the Event.

Sponsor presence at event

The Sponsor (IS REQUIRED/IS NOT REQUIRED) to send a representative to the Event.

No modification unless in writing

No modification of this Sponsorship Contract shall be valid unless in writing and agreed upon by both Parties.

Payment

The total cost to be paid to the Seller by the Purchaser for the sponsorship shall be nine hundred dollars ($900). The dates on which payments are due are listed on the payment schedule attached hereto as Schedule B.

Sponsorship

The Company shall feature the Sponsor in the manner described on Schedule A attached hereto.

Default

The failure to make any payment on or before the date indicated on the payment schedule attached hereto as Schedule B shall be considered a full and material breach of this Sponsorship Contract.

Applicable law

This Sponsorship Contract and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Alpine County, California.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, each of the Parties has executed this Sponsorship Contract, both Parties by its duly authorized officer, as of the day and year set forth below.
