📝 Release Notes - January 31, 2025

We're excited to announce a range of new features, enhancements, and improvements across our platform. This update focuses on expanding capabilities in Workflows, Quotes, Rules, and Integrations.

🚀 New Features & Enhancements​

🔄 Workflows​

  • Workflow Template Gallery: We launched the Workflow Template Gallery in Early Access, offering a selection of pre-built workflow templates. It allows you to roll out a workflow in your workspace in just a few clicks. We will add more templates over the course of Q1 2025.
  • Multi-Product Configuration: We have enhanced product fields so that you can not only select multiple products from the picker, but also filter them in the product catalog. This is particularly useful when you have a very large catalog and there are multiple layers of filtering you need to apply to find the right product. All products you have selected in a picker are added to a cart, and you can pass them to the quote. Read more about how to use them in this article.

  • Enhanced Data Picker:

    • Added the capability to pass multiple product fields as input to the quote. For example, when you have multiple product fields in your form, you can select all of them so that multiple line items can be created.

    • The DataIn picker now displays types that are compatible with DataOut and types that can be converted to DataOut.

  • Product Fields in 'When' Part of Rules: Added the ability to work with product fields in the 'When' part of the rules.

📄 Quote Builder​

  • Mixed Currency Support: You can now add products with different currencies to the Quote Builder from the Catalog.

  • Custom Fonts: Introduced support for custom fonts in the Quote Builder.

  • Increased Multi-line Field Limit: The character limit for multi-line text fields has been increased to 50,000.

📏 Rules​

  • New Product Bundle Addition: Added the ability to add new product bundles to sections in the THEN part of the rules.

  • Discount Type Specification: Introduced the ability to specify discount types in both the WHEN and THEN parts of the rules.

  • UNIQUE Formula: Added support for the UNIQUE formula in the rules.

🛠 Improvements & Fixes​

  • Fixed the search results for the Pull Data step in the Salesforce integration. Now, only the relevant opportunities are displayed.
