We're excited to announce several significant enhancements to PandaDoc CPQ, focusing on improved product filtering, rule execution, and lookup table capabilities.

Enhanced Rule Execution Controls​

To improve performance and user experience, we've introduced a new rule execution mode that gives you more control over when rules are calculated:

  • Manual rule execution option
  • Ability to disable automatic recalculation
  • Improved performance for quotes with numerous rules
  • Better user experience during quote editing

Advanced Lookup Table Rules​

We've expanded our lookup table capabilities to allow mapping entire quotes to lookup tables. This enables:

  • Volume-based discount automation
  • SKU-based pricing rules
  • Quantity-range pricing
  • Dynamic discount application

Native Workflow Runs View​

We've introduced a native view for Workflow Runs directly within PandaDoc:

  • View all workflow runs in one place
  • Previously only available in CRM integrations (HubSpot and Salesforce)
  • Improved workflow monitoring and management
