How to Set Up HubSpot Integration with PandaDoc CPQ

Integrating PandaDoc CPQ with HubSpot allows seamless quoting, approvals, and document generation directly within your CRM. This guide explains how to install and configure the integration and how to access PandaDoc Workflows in HubSpot.

Prerequisites

Before you start, ensure that:

  • You have HubSpot Enterprise (or the appropriate plan that supports custom deal views).
  • You have the PandaDoc CPQ add-on enabled.
  • The PandaDoc app is installed from the HubSpot Marketplace.

Adding PandaDoc Workflows as a Card in the Overview Tab

  1. Click "Add Cards".

  2. Locate "PandaDoc Workflows" in the list.

  3. Click "Create Card" at the top-right.

  4. Close the panel.

  5. Scroll down to find the PandaDoc Workflows card.

  6. Drag to reorder it based on your preference.

  7. Click "Save and Exit".

Now, the PandaDoc Workflows card is visible in the Overview tab for all deals.

Add PandaDoc Workflows as a New Tab

  1. Click "Create New Tab" and name it "PandaDoc Workflows".

  2. In the new tab, select the PandaDoc Workflows extension card.

  3. Adjust the order of the tabs if necessary.

  4. Click "Save and Exit".

Verify the Integration

  1. Open a deal in HubSpot.
  2. Locate the PandaDoc Workflows card or tab.
  3. Ensure that the integration displays data correctly.

Once set up, you can use PandaDoc CPQ workflows inside HubSpot for generating quotes, approvals, and contract creation.
