HRBP – Sales
Human resources Remote (USA)
This role will be a vital part of our Revenue HR Business Partner Function! In this role, you will be reporting to the Global Director of Talent for Revenue and G&A. In this role, you will support our global Sales teams and work with employees across the US, Ukraine, Portugal, and Poland.
The ideal candidate should have previous HR experience working with sales teams in tech or a professional services environment. Should be a self-starter, confident, and capable of driving action across various functions. This candidate will be responsible for helping roll out and managing various HR initiatives including employee relations, growth and development, compensation planning, and performance management, and will partner with all levels of the organization.
In this role, you will:
- Provide day-to-day HR support for our Sales Organization
- Analyze and make recommendations based on a variety of data, such as exit, pulse, eNPS, demographic, and engagement surveys to spot trends and develop solutions
- Work as a strategic partner to our business leaders
- Have a genuine curiosity and ability to interpret business goals and recommend new approaches to talent and leadership
- A true hands-on approach and a willingness to go to the "frontline" to understand our employees
- Assist with the development, rolling out, and managing of various HR initiatives, such as talent planning, review cycles, merit increases, succession planning, career leveling, etc.
- Consult with business leaders at all levels to provide overall people guidance, as it relates to supporting business performance through their teams
- Collaborate with L&D to develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to maximize soft skills
- Act as PandaDoc culture ambassador by living and upholding our Culture Code and values each day
- Take part in various global HR team projects
About You:
- 1+ years minimum of Sales/GTM Human Resources experience in a business partnering capacity
- Managed HR projects and initiatives
- Know how to work in a distributed and remote environment
- Expert in building a culture of continuous learning
- Able to be a coach for all levels of leadership
- Able to read data and translate insights into action plan
- Build rapport, trust, and execute with excellence
- Ability to manage change
- Fast acting and accessible, able to quickly problem solve and navigate through day-to-day issues that may arise
- Act as a mediator between different levels of the organization

The annual salary is $80,000 - $100,000.
