GTM Enablement Manager
RevOps Remote (USA)
The Revenue Enablement team sits with the Revenue Operations functions and spans the customer success, sales, and account management functions. The GTM Enablement Manager will focus on the soft skill development of the team. This includes making sure our team has the skills to execute on objection handling, outbound pipeline generation, adoption calls, project management and the other core competencies outlined in the department level ladders programs. This individual will report into the Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement.
In this role, you will:
You will empower these GTM teams with the knowledge, skills, and resources to deliver a consistent framework for our sellers to craft effective value propositions and conversations that align with customer needs and challenges. You are passionate about sales best practices and thrive on seeing success in others. In this position you will be covering a variety of skills from project management, working with multiple international teams, sales fundamentals, and maintaining and presenting the metrics for your initiatives. You’ll be part of the Revenue Enablement Team, reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Revenue Enablement.
- Create data driven initiatives the enablement team can tie to their business impact. This includes communication about metrics from certification, adoption and throughout the lifecycle of an initiative.
- Develops and maintains comprehensive product playbooks, engaging certification programs, and clear value messaging frameworks. These resources equip go-to-market teams with the essential knowledge and language to effectively position and sell our products, ensuring consistent and impactful customer interactions.
- Designs and executes targeted enablement programs specifically aimed at driving significant improvements in quota attainment and win rates. By enhancing product knowledge and value communication skills, these initiatives empower sales teams to close more deals and achieve greater success.
- Strategic alignment with Sales Leadership: This means meeting with the VP, Senior Directors, Directors, and Managers on a regular basis to coordinate initiatives with broader KPIs
- Training and onboarding new hires include who are joining the company from a multitude of segments and departments through instructor led training.
- Creation of content from training decks, participant kits, playbooks, and best practices using our SPICED framework.
- Communicate consistently with stakeholders on change management and program updates.
- Looking to sharpen your own skillset and develop a stronger enablement background.
About you:
In order to succeed in this role, your background may look something like this:
- Has at least 3 years working experience in B2B SaaS companies
- Has 3 years experience carrying a sales quota
- Demonstrated success using sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong
