The PandaDoc HR Team is looking for an experienced Global Compensation Analyst to join our team!

The Global Compensation Analyst will support the operations of Total Rewards Team by contributing to market pricing analysis, role description updates, and the administration of pay and performance procedures. This role actively engages in surveys and studies to maintain competitive pay strategies in markets where PandaDoc seeks to attract talent, ensuring the alignment of our compensation practices with industry standards. Global Compensation Analyst is in charge of developing internal HR data analytics dashboards.
