Amending Agreement Template

This Amending Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into this (Enter Effective Date) (the "Effective Date") by and between [Sender.FirstName][Sender.LastName], located at [Sender.StreetAddress][Sender.City][Sender.State][Sender.PostalCode] ("Party A"), and [Client.FirstName][Client.LastName], located at [Client.StreetAddress][Client.City][Client.State][Client.PostalCode] ("Party B"), collectively referred to as the "Parties."

WHEREAS, Party A and Party B entered into a previous agreement (the "Original Agreement") dated (Original Agreement Date), which needs to be amended;

WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend certain terms and provisions of the Original Agreement as set forth herein;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows:

Amendment

Remaining Terms

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties relating to its subject matter and supersedes all prior understandings, agreements, or representations, whether oral or written, between the Parties.

This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which together shall constitute one instrument.
